Industry Leading Dashboard
Introduction
In 2022, after being with Deloitte for a little under a year I was given the opportunity to design a dashboard for Caseworkers to address issues of transparency and discontent with their existing performance tracking systems.
I was the lead designer on this project with a team consisting of a Business Analyst, Tech SME, and Product Owner.
After almost 2 years, 18 User Research Sessions, countless insights, and design iterations we delivered this product to our end users.

Problem
Following the shift to remote work, our End Users (Case Workers) reported feeling disconnected from their community. It also exacerbated their uncertainty about their performance, as there was no clear way to track their progress. The existing manual reporting system lacked real-time visibility and offered only ad hoc reports.
